What does it cost?

To get started, you will be required to pay your first month's membership fee of $9.95 along with a deposit to your account of $20.00. This deposit will cover listing fees and click-through fees (see below). Your credit card will be billed on a monthly basis for your recurring monthly membership fee of $9.95. Should the transaction fail, your account will temporarily be disabled until your fee is paid.

Listing Fees

Each Property Listing that you post will deduct $1.00 for your account and will ensure your listing for 30 days. You will receive notices by email when your listing is due to expire, giving you the opportunity to renew for an additional 30 days for an additional $1.00. You will be able to remove your listing from display at any time if your property is sold or leased. There are no refunds of listing fees for early removal.

Click-through Charges

When visitors to the site are interested in your listing and click through to your website or send the listing to a friend, $0.50 is deducted from your account. If a visitor fills out an inquiry form for the property, $0.50 will be deducted from your account. When your account balance falls below $3.00, you will notice a warning on your Member Menu that your account balance is low.

Current Trial Members
